US Corporate Associate (M&A, Cap Mkts) - Elite US firm - 2-5 PQE - Mandarin fluent - HK

Nexus Legal are working with an elite 'Wall St' firm's HK office in sourcing a mid-level Associate for their Corporate team, involving a mixture of both M&A and Capital Markets work. As much of the work is US-related, New York bar admission is preferred (or admission in a comparable US state). You will work closely with a 3-Partner team which is spread across Asia, and have the opportunity to be 'hands-on' with clients from the outset. A market-leading remuneration package including salaries on the 'Cravath' scale will accompany the role, and Mandarin skills are not a prerequisite. 

You will be:

- NY admitted

- 3rd - 6th yr Associate

-- Corporate law experienced 

- From an elite law firm background with strong academic credentials
