The vacant Associate role involves handling Capital Markets transactions in addition to a smaller amount of M&A work. As part of a small team, the role offers a high level of responsibility and client exposure. - US JD
- 1-4 years of experience in Capital Markets or M&A/Corporate

- A strong law firm background

- Japanese language skills
