We are currently recruiting for a number of roles with International law firms in Hong Kong with the Top International US and UK law firms with vacancies in:
1. Corporate associate:
- US Qualified
- 3-6 Class years
- HK IPO experience and experience in handling / drafting prospectus disclosures
- No need for M&A experience
- Mandarin language skills
2. Funds associate:
- US Qualified, JD
- 4-6 Class year
- Native English
- Chinese language skills is not required
3. Senior Professional Support Lawyer from peer firms:
- A min of 3 years of legal practice experience in Corporate M&A
- HK or UK Qualified
- Someone who is willing to take on the AML / KYC (doesn’t necessarily need to have the experience on this)
- Need to conduct some trainings e.g. Legal drafting
- Have mandarin language skills
- Can be based in either HK or Singapore
- Can also be a Corporate associate who is thinking of changing their career for work/life balance reasons or someone with a compliance background could be suitable for the role.
4. Funds Associate - UK, AUS, NZ Qualified
- Offshore funds experience
- Onshore Corporate experience
- NZ, Aus or UK qualified
- Mandarin Language Skills
5. Litigation Associate - Offshore law firm - NO LANGUAGE SKILLS REQUIRED
- UK qualified
- Top Tier law firm experience
- 2+ PQE
