Our client, an international law firm, is seeking a top tier Mid-Senior level associate with previous experience in premier M&A transactions to join their Hong Kong office.

 

 

The ideal candidate will have practiced at a top tier firm, be able to demonstrate strong M&A transaction experience, and have the ability to draft in English at a high level. This position requires someone who is qualified in the US and Hong Kong jurisdictions. It is desirable that candidates possess English, Mandarin and Cantonese language abilities.
