Nexus have recently been briefed by a global law firm with a strong international brand, who are looking to hire numerous corporate lawyers into their growing Sydney practice.

With the recent addition of several partners to the team, our client have a strong pipeline of international and domestic transactional work, meaning numerous new opportunities have been created within their team. Reporting to the Australian corporate partners, you will work as part of a wider global practice, acting on transactions collaboratively across different international offices.

The successful candidates will be engaged in work relating to:

• Public & Private Mergers and Acquisitions/ M&A
• Takeovers & Schemes of Arrangement
• Equity Capital Raisings
• Corporate Governance and Regulation
• General Corporate Advisory
• Private Equity

Our client is looking to boost their team with the addition of junior, mid-level and senior associates. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years post admission experience with a well-regarded law firm in Australia.
