Known widely in the UK market, this international law firm are now looking to grow their corporate offering in Muscat due to a strong pipeline of transactional M&A work.

Excellent opportunity to gain top-tier experience in a tax-free haven and work alongside UK and Australian qualified partners. 

The ideal candidate will have around 6+ years' experience in a corporate transactional role. 

You must be able to confidently lead on share acquisitions and ideally, private equity transactions. 

You will ideally be qualified to practice in UK, Australia, New Zealand, US or South Africa.
