Senior Corporate Lawyer

We are currently collaborating with a renowned international firm in the Dublin market for a position of Senior Corporate Associate/Counsel. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience and should have worked for another top firm within Ireland. The candidate must have prior knowledge of both domestic and international transactional matters. The role requires expertise and proficiency in a wide range of corporate law issues such as mergers and acquisitions, equity fundraisings, private equity, venture capital, shareholder/joint venture arrangements, and corporate governance advice. The responsibilities of this role include advising on domestic and cross-border M&A, corporate restructuring, Irish corporate governance, and general commercial matters.
