Senior Corporate Associate - Tier 1 African firm - 6 PQE

Nexus legal are currently working with a tier 1 African firm who are looking for Senior Associates with experience in cross-border M&A and corporate matters to join their expanding team. This is an opportunity to work with major international clients and on some very high valued transactions. You will have a high degree of responsibility and the role involves potential travel around East Africa.

Key requirements:

• Admitted in a common law Jurisdiction
• Have a minimum of 6 years experience in either M&A or Projects & Infrastructure
• Experience managing a team is preferable
