My client, a top-tier practice in Saudi Arabia, are looking for an experienced corporate lawyer to join their Riyadh office. The team assist large corporations in Saudi Arabia with corporate restructurings, mergers/acquisitions and joint ventures and are offering an excellent senior opportunity for a local Saudi lawyer or an expat with prior experience in the region.

To be considered for this role you must:

• Be a qualified lawyer
• Have at least 7 years' practical legal experience in corporate transactions/structurings
• Have at least 1 - 2 years' legal experience working in Saudi Arabia
• Arabic is not essential but would be advantageous
