My client, a UK international law firm based in the heart of the DIFC, are seeking a senior corporate associate to join their expanding team. This corporate practice is broad in nature and encompasses M&A, joint venture agreements, corporate governance and a wide variety of general commercial contracts. The firm have seen significant expansion in 2018 and are now looking to replicate this in 2019.

Excellent opportunity for a corporate associate looking to take a step-up within the region and advance their career with a global brand name or for a senior associate looking for a new challenge.

You should ideally have around 7 years' corporate transactional experience within the GCC
