Restructuring Associate - 3-5 PQE

​We are excited to be working on a new opportunity within a top-tier restructuring team in London.

The role is for an England & Wales Qualified Lawyer with 3–5 years PQE, trained at a leading London firm. We are seeking candidates with strong experience across special situations, restructuring, and insolvency, working with a diverse client base.

Ideal candidates will also have a solid understanding and practical experience with key financing instruments, including bank loans, high-yield debt, and intercreditor arrangements.
