This law firms is looking for a property lawyer to join their Guernsey property team on a permanent basis. The key purpose of this role is to support the commercial property sector, advising landlords, tenants, developers, lenders and property vendors, investors and purchasers on all aspects of commercial property transactions including sales, purchases and leases, preliminary agreements for lease, financing, building contracts, development agreements, appointments, collateral warranties and construction documents.
