Paralegal

I am currently working with an International Law Firm in the heart of London. They are recruiting an experienced Paralegal to join their successful fast growing team; sitting with in their Corporate and Finance Practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend corporate meetings
• Prepare corporate resolutions, log board minutes, and other similar corporate items
• Work on procedures and documents pertaining to finance, bankruptcy, securities, trademarks, patents, and other similar issues
