Of Counsel / Partner - Elite US firm - Private Equity/M&A - HK

We are currently inviting interest from senior lawyers with at least a moderately developed book of business, on behalf of an elite US law firm's HK office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate to move into at least Of Counsel level, or an experienced Counsel looking to step up to Partnership. As would be expected of a top US firm, a market-leading remuneration package accompanies the role.

You will possess:

- 7+ years of post-qualification experience

- Solid Private Equity / M&A experience - leading on transactions

- US admission

- Contacts and BD experience with Private Equity houses

- Ideally Mandarin fluency, although this is not a prerequisite
