We are currently recruiting for a professionally qualified Corporate and Finance Associate.

Our ideal candidate can be newly qualified or can have up to 4 years' experience of working in a top onshore law firm with a focus on Banking and Finance. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of international corporate and finance transactions within a high achieving and successful offshore team.
