Mid-Level Finance Associate – 3 PQE + - US Firm – London

Nexus is pleased to be working with a well-regarded US law firm client, who is looking to hire an experienced finance lawyer into their team. The role is ideally suited to a mid-level associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in general banking & finance matters.

The team work on a broad range of finance transactions including acquisition and leveraged finance, structured finance, fund finance, restructuring, and real estate financing.

Candidates who are admitted to practice in England and Wales, or who have experience practicing in the UK will be best suited to this role. Internationally qualified candidates with experience on UK transactions will also be considered.
