Mid-level Corporate Associates - several vacancies @ UK firms - SGP & HK

Over the past week, Nexus have been instructed to recruit for several distinct positions with English law firms in Singapore and Hong Kong, all of which have certain common requirements. These openings represent good opportunities for lawyers without Chinese language skills to get into the Asia market, as the only prerequisites are:

• M&A / Corporate background
• Top law firm experience
• Mid-level - ideally 2-6 years of post-qualification experience
• Common law admitted - ideally UK, AUS, NZ, CAN or SA

As each role has a distinct emphasis - one looking at the junior end of the scale, one involving some DCM work in addition to M&A, one involving Private Equity e.t.c. - we are inviting interest from lawyers with a variety of backgrounds, providing the above points are satisfied. All of the firms in question are well-known UK law firms with established cross-border corporate practices, which will expose you to a range of complex international transactions.
