Litigation Associate - Flexible location - HK, Beijing, Shanghai

A top international firm is seeking an Associate to join their leading Government Enforcement practice, involving regulatory, white collar crime, investigations-based work.

Hiring partners for this position hold extensive experience representing clients in Asia and the U.S. in internal investigations, regulatory enforcement actions and compliance matters. They represent an extensive list of multinational corporations, banks, Asian and U.S. based companies and charitable organisations.

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years' experience within the litigation Government Enforcement practice area. They should have a Juris Doctor Degree from a leading law school in the U.S. It is essential for this position that the candidate is Chinese language proficient.

Our client is additionally open to considering candidates for an International Legal Project Manager role with LLMs from top US law schools and experience in the government enforcement practice in similar market leading practices, so such individuals are also encouraged to apply.

There is flexibility with the location of this position, and can be in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai.
