Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Litigation Associate to join our clients esteemed team. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of post-qualification experience, demonstrating strong academic credentials and a passion for litigation. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging and high-profile cases while contributing to the continued success and growth of the practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategy

  • Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents

  • Assisting in all stages of litigation, from case inception to resolution

  • Collaborating with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies

  • Participating in client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials

  • Managing discovery processes and document review

  • Maintaining clear and concise communication with clients and internal teams

  • Keeping abreast of legal developments and case law relevant to assigned matters

Qualifications:

  • Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation

  • Strong academic credentials with a focus on litigation and dispute resolution

  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality legal services

  • Prior experience in complex commercial litigation and investigations is advantageous
