We are working on an exciting opportunity for a an experienced Legal Secretary to join a leading law firm based in the Cayman Islands.
Located in the Caribbean, the Cayman Islands are known for their award winning beaches and crystal clear waters, this is the ideal location for someone looking for a lifestyle change.
The ideal candidate will have 1 - 5 years experience at a top law firm based in the UK and have an appetite for adventure.
Experience should include:
Booking Meeting Rooms
Booking Client Entertainment (e.g. restaurants, tickets)
Booking travel and taxis
Entering contacts card into outlook or interaction
Creating Letters and making minor amendments
Answer phones, transfer calls, take messages, establish conference calls and use voice mail
Handle written and electronic correspondence, including organising and sending materials to clients
Prepare client bills and associated cover letters
Prepare new matter reports and update list of client/matter codes
Liaise with clients, investigating and responding to requests where appropriate
Typing 65wpm and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to prioritise and coordinate work
Ability to maintain confidential information
