An opportunity currently exists in their Perth office for a capable and motivated corporate lawyer, with between 3 and 6 years of post admission experience, to join their high-performing a busy practice.

The role will see you working on a variety of work for a leading Perth based partner, but will also provide you with wider exposure to work across the other Australian and international offices. The work includes:

• Public & Private M&A
• Equity Capital Raisings
• Corporate Governance
• General Corporate Advisory
• Regulatory matters
• Private Equity
