Funds Lawyer

I am currently working with Magic circle firm looking to recruit a qualified experienced Lawyer to join their thriving established team in the heart of London.

Key Responsibilities :

The role will involve working in our growing private funds group on a wide range of fund formation, fund investment and fund restructuring matters for a mixture or domestic and International clients.

• Fund reviews / negotiating LPs investments in a range of private funds
• Fund formation work including structuring, preparing core fund documentation

Associates are encouraged to take direct responsibility for clients and to become actively involved in client and business development initiatives. There is significant scope for Associates to build a practice and contribute to the wider success of the firm. 

The successful candidate will be a qualified Lawyer preferably England & Wales qualified with at least years PQE in Funds. They will need to have stellar academics and current working in a top firm.
