Nexus Legal is privileged to be supporting a top-tier international law firm in its strategic expansion within the Dubai office.
The Role and the Team
The firm is actively seeking to appoint a high-calibre Associate to join their dynamic and rapidly growing practice. This role is distinguished by its focus on high-stakes, market-defining transactions originating from the Middle East region.
Premium Private Equity Transactions: Advising on high-value buyouts, exits, and portfolio company matters.
Complex Fund Structuring: Involvement in the formation and capital-raising for sophisticated investment funds.
Co-Investments: Structuring and negotiating co-investment arrangements across various asset classes.
High-Value M&A: Strategic corporate transactions with a strong underlying private capital element.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The firm is targeting a skilled professional with a minimum of 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) gained within another leading international or Magic/Silver Circle firm.
Priority will be given to candidates currently based within the UAE. A deep understanding of the local market dynamics and cultural sensitivities is highly advantageous.
However, the firm remains keen to hear from exceptional professionals currently practicing in other major international financial centres, such as London, Dublin, or Hong Kong. Applications from this group are strongly encouraged, provided the candidate can showcase a robust track record of relevant, complex deal experience aligned with the firm's core practice areas.

Expert technical proficiency in private equity and fund matters.
Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
A proven ability to operate at a senior level and manage client relationships effectively.
