Investment Fund Associate - Magic Circle - London - 2/4 years PQE

I am currently partnering with a Magic Circle firm to recruit an experienced Fund Associate to join their well establish team in the center of London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well respected global firm who value, develop and progress their people.

Key Responsibilties:

Fund structuring, establishment and marketing
Ongoing fund operational issues, secondary transactions and restructuring mandate
Incentivisation arrangements
Advise managers (and investors) on appropriate fund terms and other topical issues in the industry
Negotiation with both clients and investors from both a legal and commercial perspective
Investment reviews
Management and advisory arrangements
Platform and product design
Secondary transactions, restructurings and exits
Pitching for new work and business development
Produce internal articles, keeps up to date with industry changes, pro-active in the creation & circulation of fund- related updates & information

You will possess:

- 2+ years of post-qualification experience

- Canddidates must be able to demonstrate confident and effective negotiation skills, able to conduct commercial negotiations with investors, fund managers and other parties

- You will be able to demonstrate well developed drafting skills, preparing legal documentation, including private placement memoranda and fund agreements.
