We have been briefed by one of our offshore law firm clients who are looking to hire 2 associates into their Singapore banking & finance team. Roles exist for lawyers with between 3 and 6 years of experience.

The successful candidate(s) will advise on all aspects of general banking, fund finance, private credit, capital markets, structured finance, special situations, derivatives, aviation finance, and corporate finance transactions.

The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in the UK, New Zealand, Australia ir another commonwealth jurisdiction.
