Finance Associate - Offshore Firm

We are currently working with the leading international offshore law firm who are looking to hire into their Singapore banking & finance team.

The firm is looking to bring onboard associates with experience in banking & finance transactional work who will be expected to advise on general banking, fund finance, private credit, capital markets, structured finance, special situations, derivatives, aviation finance and corporate finance transactions.

The ideal candidate would have; 

• A minimum of 3 years of PQE within a commonwealth jurisdiction such as - Australia, New Zealand, England & Wales, Ireland, Scotland, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore
• Top experience in a banking & finance practice
