ECM/ Public M&A Senior Associate - Top-Tier Firm - Sydney

Nexus are currently working with a top-tier firm in Sydney who are looking for an experienced Public M&A Senior Associate. 

In this role, you will be involved with public M&A transactions, as well as advising issuers and brokers on IPO's and secondary listings. To a smaller extent, you may also be tasked of private M&A transactions and general corporate advisory work. 

The ideal candidate for this role will have past experience working in a high performing environment- either within a top tier or international firm environment. You will have a minimum of 6 years post admission experience with a focus on ECM transactions. Candidates admitted outside of Australia will also be considered.
