Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Commercial Litigation & Arbitration Associate to join an esteemed team in London. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of challenging and high-profile disputes and arbitration matters. Key Responsibilities:

• Representing clients in commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings

• Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategy

• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Participating in all stages of dispute resolution, from case inception to resolution

• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop case strategies

• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on dispute resolution matters

• Managing case files and ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures

• Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with 1-5 years of post-admission disputes experience

• England & Wales qualification

• At least a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) from a top university

• Prior experience at a top-tier law firm or chambers

• Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality legal services

• Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach
