Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Commercial Litigation & Arbitration Associate to join an esteemed team in London. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of challenging and high-profile disputes and arbitration matters. This role offers the chance to collaborate with experienced professionals, handle complex cases, and contribute to the continued success and growth of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Representing clients in commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings

  • Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategy

  • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

  • Participating in all stages of dispute resolution, from case inception to resolution

  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop case strategies

  • Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on dispute resolution matters

  • Managing case files and ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures

  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with 1-5 years of post-admission disputes experience

  • England & Wales qualification

  • At least a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) from a top university

  • Prior experience at a top-tier law firm or chambers

  • Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality legal services

  • Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach
