Nexus Legal are working with a top law firm who are looking for an experienced corporate M&A associate to join their corporate practice. The role involves both transactional and advisory work and provides an exciting opportunity to work in a high calibre team.

Preferable Experience and Qualifications

• Singapore qualified
• 5+ years' of PQE in either a top-tier Singaporean law firm or International law firm
• Strong experience in M&A and general corporate commercial work
• Exposure to complex commercial TMT contracts.
