Corporate/M&A Associate - 4+PQE - Top firm - Singapore

Nexus Legal are working with a global law firm who are looking for an experienced corporate M&A associate, to join their Singapore team. The role presents the opportunity to work in a team of expert lawyers for a top tier firm, supervising junior associates and working with international clients. Only English Language skills required!

Preferable Experience and Qualifications

• England & Wales qualified
• 4+ years of PQE in a corporate transactional team of a leading international firm
• Experience of regularly taking the lead associate role on high value M&A and joint venture transactions (including cross boarder)
• Experience managing junior team members and local counsel
