We are currently working with one of our top-tier clients in sourcing an experienced Senior Associate for their well-regarded corporate M&A team in Perth.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience within a similar top-tier or international firm environment, and have experience advising on high=-profile and complex transactions. You will have specific experience in equity capital markets and public/private mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting, energy & resources and takeovers.
