Corporate M&A Senior Associate

I am currently working with a top firm in sourcing a senior corporate lawyer for their Melbourne office

This role is with a high performing team nd will see the successful candidate taking on a variety of transactions including: takeovers, IPOs, business and asset acquisitions and disposals, equity capital markets work, restructuring and recapitalisation transactions, joint venture arrangements, ASX listing rule work and corporate governance. The partners' client base spans a variety of industries so you can expect varied work relating to financial services, retail, manufacturing, energy and telecommunications industries (to name a few).

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of working within a top international or top-tier law firm, either in Australia or another common law jurisdiction. You will ideally be admitted to practice in Australia, although overseas qualified lawyers will also be considered.
