Corporate M&A Associate - US firm - junior/mid-level - Beijing

Nexus legal have been instructed on a new position with a US based international firm who are seeking Corporate M&A Associates (1 junior & 1 mid-level) to add to their team in Beijing.

This opportunity will allow candidates to be immersed in a small team environment in which there is a substantial amount of client exposure. Further to this, they have a well structured training programme which candidates will spend in New York for a period of 3 months. 

The ideal candidate must: 

• Be admitted in the PRC and one 'Western' jurisdiction
• Be able to use Mandarin in a full professional capacity
• Have experience working in the PRC
