Corporate Lawyer - Top-Tier Firm

We are currently working with one of our top-tier clients in Perth who are looking for a bright and enthusiastic corporate lawyer with 2-5 years of experience to join their highly-regarded team.

This opportunity will offer the successful candidate exposure to some of the biggest transactions in Western Australia and the wider APAC region. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop as part of a dynamic team, learning from 2 of the industries leading corporate partners. You will work across the whole catalogue of corporate transactions including public and private M&A, IPO's, Fund raising, and general corporate advice. You will be exposed to clients in a variety of sectors, including the energy & resources and agribusiness sectors.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have at least 2 years post admission experience gained with another top-tier or international law firm in Perth, or elsewhere in Australia. Our client are also open to considering overseas qualified lawyers who are able to demonstrate a strong history of working on high-value, cross border corporate transactions.
