A large global law firm is currently looking for a mid - senior level associate with experience in cross-border M&A and corporate matters, with a particular focus on the energy sector. The firm have a large established presence within the market and is regarded highly by the Legal 500. The role provides the opportunity to work with Japanese and global clients on high profile international energy projects in a team of specialists energy lawyers.
 

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

- 2-6 years PQE

- England & Wales, US or Australian admitted

- International law firm background

- Japanese language skills not required
