Nexus are currently working on a brief from a top-international firm who are looking for a mid-level corporate associate to join their team.
The successful candidate will be exposed to a range of corporate transactions in industries including technology, resources, life sciences and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation of corporate experience from another international, top-tier or leading boutique practice. A strong background in ECM is highly sought after, as this role will have a strong focus on Equity Capital Markets M&A transactions. Our clients are ideally looking for a candidate with between 2 and 5 years experience, although candidates with more than 5 years experience will also be seriously considered.
