Corporate Associate - Global Firm - Perth

Our client, an established international law firm, currently has an exciting opening in their Perth based corporate team for an experienced mid-level lawyer. Having strongly established the practice in the last 18 months with some great senior level hires, they have an abundance of high-quality and engaging work and are now looking to bolster the team with the addition of a strong mid-level associate. 

This role is ideally suited to a corporate lawyer, with between 3 and 6 years of post qualification experience, who is excited by the prospect of joining an expanding international team. You will be a key part of the firms growth in the region, and as such, will have fantastic opportunities for career development. 

You will have the opportunity to work on an interesting combination of corporate transactions and advisory work, with a particular focus on the mining and resources sectors.

• Equity Capital Markets
• Securitisation
• ASX listings
• General Commercial and Contractual  Matters
• Corporate Governance
• Regulatory Compliance Issues
