Corporate Associate - Bermuda

We at Nexus are working closely with an offshore firm in assisting them with the recruitment of an associate for their Corporate team in Bermuda. Our clients are looking for an associate with top experience in the corporate field with a recognised practice in a commonwealth jurisdiction.

The ideal candidate will be from a leading commonwealth jurisdiction which could include Australia, Canada, UK or New Zealand.

• Minimum of 3PQE within a recognised corporate practice
• Experience across Corporate M&A, PE. Corporate Restructurings, Advisory
• Commonwealth jurisdiction admission (Australia, Canada, UK, New Zealand)
• Top academic history
