Corporate Associate - American Firm - London 2/4 years PQE

A International American law firm is seeking to strengthen its Corporate team with a senior hire. 

The Corporate team support clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity and public company transactions, reorganisations, joint ventures and advising on corporate governance and statutory and regulatory issues. 

The successful candidate will run transactions in their entirety, supervising and mentoring others in the team to deliver those transactions for the clients. This person will also be involved in business development activities, influence strategy for the team and help to develop others in this area. 

The firm are looking for a candidate with a minimum of two years' experience gained at a City or leading International firm with a confident and commercial approach.
