Corporate associate 4-6 PQE - Dubai/Bahrain

 

Our client, a legal500 ranked law firm with multiple offices in the Middle East, are currently seeking a mid-senior level corporate associate for their Dubai and Bahrain offices.

The firm are known for their strong corporate/commercial practice and currently have a variety of western qualified expats and local associates in their team.

 

This is an excellent opportunity to break into the Middle East market or similarly if you are already based in the region and are looking for a new challenge. The scope of the work will be broad and feature corporate M&A, joint ventures, restructurings and general commercial contract matters.

 

You should ideally hold at least 4 years' PQE in a strong corporate or commercial practice

Arabic language skills are not essential
