Construction Litigation Associate

I am currently working with a top international law firm who are looking to hire a contentious construction Associate into their Sydney based team.

This role will cover a variety of back-end tasks including: claim management, mediation, expert determination, arbitration and litigation. You will be involved in drafting and document review, legal research, correspondence and trial preparation (including development of trial strategy).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in disputes and a keen interest in construction matters. Your experience will ideally be from another leading or well-regarded firm and you will have a strong academic record.

Overseas candidates may also be considered.
