Construction Disputes Senior Associate - Global Firm - Perth

Nexus are working on an instruction from a well-regarded global law firm, who are looking for an experienced commercial/construction litigator to join their Perth team.

Working with a pre-eminent construction partner, the successful candidate will have first-hand exposure to complex commercial, construction and resources disputes. This is a busy practice and the successful candidate can expect to be actively involved with matters from day one.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of years post-admission experience in general commercial litigation with good advocacy and trial experience. You will feel comfortable taking ownership of matters and working autonomously. Our client are willing to consider relevant candidates at both Senior Associate and Special Counsel level.
