This presents an exciting opportunity for Lawyers with expertise in complex Construction arbitration to join an esteemed firm renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation in legal services. With a focus on representing the full spectrum of participants in the construction industry, including owners/employers, contractors, subcontractors, developers, designers, engineers, lenders, investors, and insurers, our client offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Position Overview: We are seeking talented Construction Arbitration Lawyers with 2-4 PQE. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex construction arbitration matters, representing diverse clients across the industry. This role offers the chance to collaborate with experienced professionals, handle challenging cases, and contribute to the growth and success of our Construction Arbitration practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Representing clients in construction arbitration proceedings

  • Conducting legal research and analysis on construction law issues

  • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

  • Advising clients on construction contract disputes and arbitration strategies

  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop case strategies

  • Participating in client meetings, hearings, and negotiations

  • Managing case files and ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures

  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Lawyer with experience in construction arbitration

  • Expertise in handling complex construction disputes and arbitrations

  • Strong understanding of construction law and arbitration procedures

  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality legal services

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not required
