Conflicts Associate- International American Firm - London - 2/4 years PQE

My client a Global leading American firm in London are looking for a conflicts Lawyer to join their fast growing team in the heart of London.

 

The Conflicts Lawyer is responsible for assisting with the review, identification and resolution of potential conflicts issues with respect to clients, matters, new business and incoming lawyers firm wide. The Conflicts Lawyer will actively follow-up on conflicts clearance with all responsible parties handling new engagements, and will conduct thorough, daily reviews of firm conflicts of interest reports, resolving any identified issues on a timely basis. The Conflicts Lawyer will work closely with members of the Conflicts and New Business Intake Department as well as the firm’s Conflicts & Ethics Committee.
