Nexus have recently been instructed on a position with a well-regarded US firm for their Singapore office. Our client are looking for an experienced international capital markets Associate to work alongside 2 internationally recognised partners.
This role will see you working across both equity and debt capital markets matters, with clients across the Asia Pacific region. You will be exposed to:
- initial public offerings
- follow-on offerings and private placements
- mergers & acquisitions
- corporate restructurings
This role is suited to an associate with a minimum of 3 years' post admission experience from a top-firm background.
