Job Title: Debt Capital Markets Associate

Location: Ireland

Position Type: Full-time

Experience: NQ or junior finance associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting for leading market participants, both domestic and international.

  • Providing legal and commercial expertise across a full range of capital markets activity, including debt and equity transactions, IPOs, share buy-backs, structured finance transactions, securitizations, derivatives, and repos.

  • Actively engaging in business development and thought leadership initiatives, seeking out opportunities for new work.

  • Drafting legal documents clearly and concisely, utilizing legal knowledge and commercial judgment to advise and support all of their clients.

  • Developing strong relationships with the firm's clients, ensuring the highest quality of service, and acting in a diligent, responsible, and professional manner.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

  • Highly motivated and ambitious, either as a newly qualified or junior finance associate with an interest in joining a leading debt capital markets team.

  • Strong academic credentials, with a focus on finance or related fields.

  • Demonstrated analytical, technical, and drafting skills.

  • High levels of commercial and business awareness.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.

  • Capacity to manage competing demands and deadlines effectively.
