Nexus are currently working with a well-regarded international law firm in Singapore who are looking to hire an experienced banking & finance lawyer.
Advising on cross-border financings within the APAC region, the successful candidate will be exposed to a variety of transactions relating to: acquisitions finance: leveraged finance, real estate finance, project finance and general corporate finance.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum on 1/2 years post qualification experience, ideally with another leading banking & finance legal practice.
