Banking & Finance Senior Associate - Leading Offshore Firm

We are currently working on an exciting new role for a Senior Associate (5 PQE+) to join the banking & finance team of a leading offshore firm in Bermuda.

The team cover a variety of financing transactions including leveraged and acquisition finance, syndicated lending, asset finance, general secured lending and financial restructuring.

The ideal candidate for the role will be admitted to practice in England & Wales, Canada, South Africa, or another common law jurisdiction. You must have a minimum of 5 years post-admission experience and be operating at a senior associate level currently.
