Banking & Finance Lawyer - Top-Tier Firm - Sydney

Nexus are currently working with one of our top-tier law firm clients in Sydney, who are looking for an experienced Banking & Finance lawyer to join their busy team. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright and ambitious finance lawyer, who is looking fro an opportunity that will provide exposure to top-class transactions across a range of banking disciplines. Our client are leaders in their field and are widely recognised for their work advising leading Australian and international financial institutions, investment banks, companies and private equity funds.

The team operate a full-service across all aspects of banking and finance law, including: acquisition finance; project finance; corporate finance; structured finance; and, DCM/Securitisations. Working with a flat team structure, you will have the chance to work across all partners in the team, giving you fantastic exposure to all aspects of banking law.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years post-admission experience, with particular experience in acquisition and leveraged finance. You will have worked with another well-regarded firm either in Australia or another common law jurisdiction.
