Banking & Finance Associate - NQ to 4 PQE

Nexus are currently working with one of our offshore law firm clients, who are looking to hire a junior Banking & Finance lawyer into their Jersey office.

The successful candidate will work on a variety of exciting financing transactions, including general, leveraged, acquisition, fund, real estate, and structured financing, as well as restructuring and insolvency matters.

The firm are looking for qualified lawyers with up to 4 years' PQE. Previous offshore experience is not required although would be beneficial. The firm are open to considering applications from lawyers qualified in England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Canada, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
